13 June 2012: So my sweet and innocent hot water bottle got naughty. As I'm chilling watching Supernatural it burst open and I felt hot water all over my chest! I didn't freak out, luckily - I carefully unbuttoned the tight jacket it was under and got some advice (via facebook and BBM) to put a cold damp cloth on it (the irony - from warm bottle to cold cloth) and I was worried it might leave a mark, so I went to the pharmacy to get some Burnshield.
