Illegally parked cars will be fine
21 January 2011:
So I'm on my way to the AOL course in Camps Bay and on Kloof Road the traffic backs up and I see this sign "ILLEGALLY PARKED CARS WILL BE FINE". Bwaaahahahahahahaaaaa! #Fail.
