13 January 2011: So I buzz the reception at the Body Mind Studios and a half naked Russian girl opens the door, and hands me the Advanced Instructional DVD Harvey got me as part of my 2010 Christmas Wish List gift. Awesome! Now all I need is the pole but this is certainly one step closer. Starting classes again in February.
